Section 1: Eligibility and Account Information

When placing an order, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for reviewing your contact and shipping information before submitting an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Section 2: Products and Services

Simple Biz Labels offers custom stickers, labels, printed products, design assistance, and related services.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, printing materials, ink, lighting, and other production factors.

Product descriptions, pricing, materials, finishes, sizes, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product, limit quantities, refuse service, or restrict sales to a person, business, geographic area, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Section 3: Custom Orders and Artwork Proofs

Most products sold by Simple Biz Labels are custom-made based on artwork, measurements, instructions, or other information supplied or approved by the customer.

When an artwork proof is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving it, including:

Spelling and grammar
Names and business information
Phone numbers, email addresses, and website addresses
Dimensions and quantities
Colors and design placement
Cut lines and cut shapes
Orientation and layout
Images, logos, and other design elements
Any other information included in the proof

Production may begin once you approve the proof. Your approval confirms that the proof is accurate and authorizes us to produce the order as shown.

We are not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect contact information, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution artwork, or design choices approved by the customer.

Changes requested after proof approval may require an additional design fee, production fee, or a new order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun.

Section 4: Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, and other materials you provide to us, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By submitting materials to Simple Biz Labels, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, modify, prepare, print, and otherwise process those materials as reasonably necessary to:

Prepare artwork proofs
Produce and fulfill your order
Communicate with you about your order
Correct production issues
Maintain reasonable business and production records

You represent and warrant that you own the submitted materials or have all permissions, licenses, and legal rights necessary for us to reproduce and print them.

You may not ask us to reproduce materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the submitted material may be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials you submitted without the required permission or legal authority.

Unless you give us permission, we will not intentionally sell your custom artwork as a design to unrelated customers. Similar design elements, fonts, shapes, layouts, colors, or generally available graphics may be used in other projects and are not considered exclusive.

Section 5: Design Services

When we provide design, editing, cleanup, formatting, or artwork-preparation services, the scope of that work will be based on the order description, quote, or communication between you and Simple Biz Labels.

Design services may include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions, substantial redesigns, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for design services covers the completed design work and its use in the ordered printed products. It does not automatically include editable source files, working files, font files, licensed stock assets, or exclusive ownership of every component used in the design.

Any transfer of exclusive design ownership or editable source files must be specifically agreed to in writing.

Section 6: Printing and Cutting Tolerances

Custom printing and cutting involve normal production variations.

Minor differences may occur in:

Printed color
Color intensity
Cut-line placement
Border thickness
Finished dimensions
Material texture
Adhesive performance on different surfaces
Positioning between individual stickers or labels

Screen colors are produced with light, while printed colors are produced using ink or toner. An exact screen-to-print color match is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service has been agreed to in writing.

Minor production variations that do not significantly affect the appearance, intended use, or usability of the product are not considered defects.

Customers should request a physical sample before placing a large order when exact color, material, sizing, or application performance is critical.

Section 7: Surface Compatibility and Product Use

Sticker and label performance may vary depending on the application surface, temperature, moisture, oils, chemicals, texture, handling, storage, and environmental conditions.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a sticker or label material is suitable for its intended use.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee that a product is:

Waterproof
Dishwasher-safe
Microwave-safe
Food-contact approved
Freezer-safe
Outdoor-rated
Chemical-resistant
Removable without residue
Suitable for every container, package, surface, or environment

Any application instructions or recommendations we provide are general guidance and do not replace product testing under the customer’s actual conditions.

Section 8: Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products or services from Simple Biz Labels.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed or begun processing the order.

We may contact you if an order contains incomplete information, conflicting instructions, suspected pricing errors, artwork concerns, unavailable materials, or production limitations.

If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

Section 9: Pricing and Payment

Prices, quotes, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price shown or quoted when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping costs, delivery fees, design fees, rush fees, handling charges, customs fees, or import duties.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment and billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

Custom quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no expiration period is listed, a quote may be revised before payment due to changes in quantities, materials, production costs, shipping costs, or the requested scope.

Full payment may be required before design work, proof preparation, printing, or order fulfillment begins.

Section 10: Cancellations and Order Changes

Because our products are custom-made, cancellation options are limited.

You may request a cancellation by contacting orders@simplebizlabels.com. A cancellation is not confirmed until we approve it in writing.

Orders may generally be canceled before substantial design work or production begins. However, design fees, setup fees, material costs, payment-processing costs, or other work already completed may be nonrefundable.

Once an artwork proof has been approved or production has begun, the order may no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order changes, but additional costs and production time may apply.

Section 11: Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customer information, delayed proof approval, requested revisions, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, supply shortages, equipment failure, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping tracking may be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

For local pickup orders, we will notify you when the order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected from the location and during the hours communicated to you.

Section 12: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If an order arrives damaged, crushed, scratched, wet, incorrectly produced, or otherwise unusable, contact us promptly at orders@simplebizlabels.com.

Please provide:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the affected products
A photo showing the quantity affected
Photos of the packaging
A photo of the shipping label, when applicable
A description of the issue

Keep the damaged products and packaging until we have completed our review.

We may assist with a carrier claim or provide a replacement, reprint, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and our Return and Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are later lost or stolen. However, please contact us, and we will review the available tracking information and determine whether we can assist.

Section 13: Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Because stickers and labels are generally custom-made, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, an approved design decision, or an error visible in an approved proof.

Eligible production or shipping problems will generally be resolved through a replacement or reprint. Depending on the circumstances, we may instead issue store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

In most cases, customers will not be required to return damaged or incorrectly produced stickers. We may still require photographs or other reasonable evidence before approving a resolution.

Section 14: Quantity Variations

We make reasonable efforts to provide the quantity ordered.

For certain custom production methods or large-volume orders, minor quantity variations may occur. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any permitted quantity variation will be reasonable and consistent with normal printing practices.

If the delivered quantity is materially less than the quantity purchased, contact us so we can review the order and provide an appropriate resolution.

Section 15: Resale and Regulatory Responsibility

Our products may be purchased for personal use, business use, packaging, promotions, events, or resale as part of another product.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any label content and use comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and marketplace requirements.

Simple Biz Labels does not independently verify customer-provided claims, warnings, ingredient lists, nutrition information, barcodes, legal disclosures, certifications, instructions, or regulatory statements.

Approval of a proof does not mean that we have reviewed or confirmed its legal or regulatory compliance.

This is especially important for labels used on food, beverages, cosmetics, supplements, personal-care products, children’s products, chemicals, medical products, or other regulated goods.

Section 16: Our Website and Intellectual Property

The Simple Biz Labels website and its original content, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and design are owned by Simple Biz Labels or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms allow you to use the website for lawful personal and business purchasing purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Simple Biz Labels names, logos, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

Section 26: Termination

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, order details, approved proofs, quotes, and other policies referenced here, constitute the agreement between you and Simple Biz Labels concerning the Services.
